We have had five new homes, and this by far was the easiest undertaking. The process was smooth and efficient. The biggest difference between Edwin and Steve and other builders is their ability to listen. They learned our style, were not afraid to experiment and delivere a beautiful home on time and on budget. During the process Edwin and Steve were very transparent. If something we suggested wasn’t going to work, they would let us know. If something was wrong, they would work the idea making it better as they drew on their many years of experience. By the end of the process we felt like we didn’t have a builder but rather a friend. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Brookshire homes was a dream to work with. I flew in from out of state and the entire process, from picking the house out to moving in a few days earlier then schedule, was such a great experience. I feel that building a home always gets a bad reputation but Brookshire homes goes above and beyond to give you your absolute dream home and more. I will forever recommend anyone to these builders. I can not put into words how thankful I really am.
